The service at this store is terrible! the owner/jeweller you have to deal with is very rude and has no qualms about telling anyone off, along with the woman (his assistant) being super grumpy and makes you feel like your the greatest thorn in her backside, whether there is just cause or not, You are greeted in the most unwelcome fashion... they are lucky they have the only certified jeweller in Labrador, because their service makes you want to run the other way! I tried to go on their site to contact the company to file a formal complaint, but they are family owned, so it's a take it or leave it kind of deal. I even tried to contact their affiliated company, but they do not have contact info available. very frustrating to say the least. Labrador needs new certified jewellers!!!
