Love this gym. It is not as busy as big city gyms, the equipment are well maintained, staff are friendly, great atmosphere, clean and spacious.

Excellent gym with everything you could ever need! A deadlift platform and squats racks, all the machines you could need. Excellent cardio machines. Classes, spaces, yoga, spin, boxing, TRX, everything!
Clean place, lots of great classes for people, hpowever just not user friendly for people recovering with mobility issues. Have many stairs.
